Soluble Milk Protein Isolates are directly extracted from milk by using a physical separation process which preserves the native structure of the protein and its functionalities.

Our range of Soluble Milk Protein Isolates is characterized by:

  • 100% pure, native proteins, with no by-products
  • A stable protein composition
  • An adaptated ß-lactoglobuline concentration (75% minimum)
  • A low content of fat and lactose
  • A very good solubility over a wide pH range

  • Water retention
  • Good heat stability
  • Good stability at a low pH
