Soluble Milk Protein Isolates are directly extracted from milk by using a physical separation process which preserves the native structure of the protein and its functionalities.

- A stable protein composition
- An adaptated ß-lactoglobuline concentration (75% minimum)
- A low content of fat and lactose
- A very good solubility over a wide pH range
