Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise, a plant entirely dedicated to ingredients with an enormous manufacturing capacity

With 470 million litres of milk processed per year and 350 employees, Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise plant has manufacturing capacity and technical means that place it at the forefront of Dairy Ingredient Production Technologies.

      

Manufacturing activities at Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise include:

  • 370 million litres of Raw Milk that are transformed into Dry Ingredients of which
  • 65,000 tons of dry ingredients are produced per year

         

The main products are Dairy Powders, MPI's and Functional Systems.

The concentration and drying equipment areas of the plant are made up of 4 concentration units and 3 spray dryers.

The dry mixing (Blends) represent a volume of 30,000 MT per year.


Herbignac, an essential plant for the production of rennet casein and whey proteins

With 80 employees, Herbignac manufactures 20,000 MT of dairy ingredients per year. These products are mainly Rennet Casein, Whey Permeate, Whey Proteins and Functional Systems.


Our partnerships strengthen our ability to leverage our resources to provide better service and products Globally to our Customers

In Switzerland and in Australia, the CREMO and Tatura Milk Industries plants manufacture milk proteins and milk permeate, which are marketed by IDI.
