1989: A partnership agreement is formalized between CREMO SA, a Swiss dairy company, and the dairy cooperative La Prospérité Fermière
1991: Creation of Ingredia SA specialized in the development, production and marketing of dairy ingredients for food-processing industries.
1995: Creation of Eurial-Poitouraine, a dairy cooperative located in the West of France.
2004: IngrediA and the Australian Dairy Co-operative Tatura Milk Industries Ltd formalized a partnership agreement to co-manufacture and market milk protein concentrates.
2007: Creation of Ingredia Nutritional, a division of Ingredia SA specialized in the development of nutritional and innovative solutions for Health, Wellness & Nutrition Sectors.
1st January 2007: Creation of IDI (International Dairy Ingredients), which merges the Marketing, Sales and Research & Development divisions of Eurial-Poitouraine and Ingredia. Creation of the subsidiary IDI Inc, responsible for the development of the Commercial Sales and Marketing activity in the United States.
September 2008: Creation of the subsidiary IDI Pte Ltd, responsible for the development of the Commercial Sales and Marketing activity in South East Asia.
